If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine. ➢ No candles/incense ➢ We do not maintain cleaning the grill, that is the guests responsibility. ➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy ➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. ➢ Cameras, are placed for exterior of property only.
