Stayed to be close to family for an 80th birthday. It was a complete treasure to stay at the house. The house was as extremely comfortable! Has a great location with easy access to and from wherever you want to go in town or out of Green Cove Springs. Loved the kitchen bar area. The family gathered for cake and has a fabulous time together. This place is with every penny.

We got married at a local venue and were looking for a place to stay that weekend as there are no hotels nearby. First off waking up with a water view to decompress on our wedding day was amazing! The property was nice and we had no problems while staying there now let me talk about how amazing Frederic is. Frederic gave us early check in and I can’t start to explain how amazing that was for a stressed our bride with a bunch of decorations. Truly ment the world to us and it was a beautiful weekend

It’s a very nice home outside of it, it looks small but once you hit that door and go inside the house is spacious. The rooms are clean, the appliances are up to date. And the washer and dryer work as they should .. Also has a nice back deck where you can go and have a bbq and just enjoy yourself and friends. I would stay there again without a doubt. And the price was very fair.. All and all you all would love it

The home and property was beautiful. Directly waterfront with a dock for fishing or just relaxing. Although we were there for peace and relaxation, and stayed mostly inside, there were kayaks, bikes, board games, ping pong, a dartboard and foosball. The home was close to shopping and restaurants. We loved it and hope to go back someday.

The location of the house was convenient, about 20 minutes from both downtown and the beach. We ended up driving everywhere we went during the weekend, as most of the spots we wanted to visit were at least a 10-minute drive. Still, it was a workable base for exploring the area.
The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and had several TVs, which was handy. One thing to note is that the layout of the bedrooms is a bit unusual. It might take a little adjusting, especially if you’re staying with a group or family, but it didn’t cause any real issues during our stay.
A standout feature was definitely the foosball table. It’s a high-quality one—not the flimsy kind—and provided a lot of fun for the kids. Another nice bonus was the backyard, which was completely fenced in. It gave us some extra peace of mind.
Overall, the house has a quirky charm and offers a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a spot that’s centrally located, this is a good option.

Frederic was a great host. Helpful, communicative and responsive. Place looked just as advertised, pristine cleaning upon arrival, had everything we needed for our work trip. Spacious, private, big driveway, and a full kitchen with everything we might need for a 2 week stay.
AC went out (unexpectedly) because those things happen and Frederic was on top of it right away which is a huge plus! We were at work most of the day, so it didn’t bother us. But he was on top of it the second he received my message. So rest assured if anything comes up, Frederic wastes no time to do what’s necessary.
Ended up needing to stay an extra two weeks on the day of our checkout, and he accommodated a late check out for us. Super grateful for that, given we were a group. And thankfully, he was awesome enough to extend our reservation when his calendar opened up!
Frederic thank you for the beautiful and comfortable home. And for having such great communication. Will definitely recommend 100/100.
