Newly renovated water front property with amazing views. Open, airy and cozy with a touch of modern. King bedroom is bright and spacious with a balcony overlooking the water. You will be able to watch the sunrise without getting out of bed, The king bedroom has king bed, 42" smart tv, work space and nice sized closet. Queen bedroom is a nice size as well. It has queen bed, 42" smart tv, and nice sized closet. Twin bedroom is a bit smaller with two twin beds and double closet. Sunroom has day bed with trundle and looks out over the back deck with water views. Living room has electric fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 65" smart tv, large sofa, loveseat, 2 recliners and opens into both the sunroom and dining room. Dining room table comfortably seats six and opens into kitchen with easy access for those family dinners. Kitchen opens to large deck with gas grill and patio table. There is a fire pit in the back yard as well as a long pier with private dock. Kayaks are always free with rentals, this property has 4. This is an amazing place for those family vacations and getaways with friends . We hope you and your family will come again and again for years to come.

Please be mindful this is a personal residence not a hotel. While home sharing is awesome it has to be good for everyone in order for the program to work. This means the guest, the property owners, the cleaning staff and neighbors alike. We do our best to provide our guest with an amazing value. Hotels can't compare to the amount of space and freedom you get when renting an entire space. While you wont have a concierge service you will have all of the feels of home. In order to keep cost down we ask that you leave property in the same condition as you found it. There will be check out instructions on the back of each bedroom door.

If there is going to be a party we will throw it, and send you an invite, but other than that No parties or events and registered guests only unless authorized in advance. Your mom don't work here so Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. If you carried it in please carry it out. If you use it clean it and put it away. We don't want our house burned down so No Smoking inside the house at any time. If cleaning staff reports the smell of smoke or evidence of smoking on the property there is an additional $200 deep cleaning fee Litter bugs suck so Please do not throw butts or trash in the water, yard or flower beds. Smokey The Bear says Do not leave fires unattended. Please completely extinguish all fires before walking away. Please keep grill away from all structures during use. If you choose to build a bonfire please pull the hose over to the fire pit incase of emergency. If you use bronzer or other tanning products please bring your own linens, sheets, pillow cases and blankets. Guest understands they may be held liable for any damages. Please No Shoes inside the house. Florida has a lot of critters and we don't give refunds if you see a bug. Florida has bugs :-) We don't give refunds at all as a matter of fact. If you rent a water front home in FL you understand all of the good and bad that comes with being on the water. Shhhhh...Quite time is 9pm to 9am. In order for the home sharing platform to work we must be courteous to our neighbors. Please keep the sound down during quite time. If our neighbors can hear you, inside their homes at any time, you are too loud. Please be courteous. Do not rearrange furniture, its not cool. Remember this is a private home. In the event a guest arrives at the property and finds any cleaning issues, damages or broken items the guest must take pictures and report issues to the host immediately to avoid charges. Please text photos to 704.287.5048 Check in 4pm /Check out 10 am. $100 fee for late checkin/check out with approval only. There may be another guest checking in behind you and we need an appopriate amount of time to prepare the property. We got married at a local venue and were looking for a place to stay that weekend as there are no hotels nearby. First off waking up with a water view to decompress on our wedding day was amazing! The property was nice and we had no problems while staying there now let me talk about how amazing Frederic is. Frederic gave us early check in and I can’t start to explain how amazing that was for a stressed our bride with a bunch of decorations. Truly ment the world to us and it was a beautiful weekend

The home and property was beautiful. Directly waterfront with a dock for fishing or just relaxing. Although we were there for peace and relaxation, and stayed mostly inside, there were kayaks, bikes, board games, ping pong, a dartboard and foosball. The home was close to shopping and restaurants. We loved it and hope to go back someday.
